Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center is actively recruiting for a full time BE/BC Interventional Pain Specialist to provide services in the pain clinic. Candidates should be Fellowship trained in Pain Management and BE/BC in Anesthesiology, Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Clinical practice may encompass pain interventional work, non-interventional/pharmacological care, general medical management, or a mixture of these. Clinical opportunities may exist as both inpatient and ambulatory practice. The inpatient pilot program is in the design stage and is expected to be implemented within the next six months.

Legacy Pain Management Program is a multidisciplinary and state-of-the-art program providing services at several locations throughout the Portland metro area. We offer a comprehensive approach to care and offer expertise in caring for painful conditions with the goal to improve function and restore quality of life. The team is cohesive and collaborative and consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, physical therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors and pharmacists. Our team provides multiple approaches to deal with the complex needs of our patients. Our patients actively take part in their care. Through education and support, we help our patients learn to manage their conditions and regain an active lifestyle.
